Return Policy

  • Eligibility: Items can only be returned if they do not fit properly or have a manufacturing defect. Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and free of any damage.
  • Timeframe: Returns must be postmarked within 30 daysof receiving your order.
  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking feewill be applied to all returns.
  • Refunds: The refund amount will exclude the original shipping costs. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchange Policy

  • Conditions: Exchanges are allowed if the item is returned in its original, unused condition, with no signs of wear or damage.
  • Timeframe: Exchanges must also be postmarked within 30 daysof receiving your item.
  • Shipping: All shipping costs for exchanges, including return and re-shipping, are the customer’s responsibility.
