Shipping & Delivery
We aim to provide efficient and cost-effective shipping options to enhance your shopping experience. To help you save on costs, we offer combined shipping for orders with multiple items:
- Combined Shipping Cost: The total shipping fee is calculated as the highest shipping cost among your items, plus half of the shipping cost for each additional item.
- Processing Time: Orders are typically shipped within 24-48 hoursafter payment is received via credit card or PayPal (excluding weekends and holidays). For payments made by check, items will ship once the check has cleared, which may take approximately 10 business days.
- Delivery Method: Shipments within the continental United States are sent via UPS Or USPSand generally arrive within 5-7 business days. Once your order is ready for shipment, a tracking number will be provided to you via email. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive the tracking notification promptly.
- Local Pickup: Depending on availability we do offer pickup at our location in Texas. However, we do not accommodate third-party courier pickups.
- International Shipping: International orders are shipped via USPS(local postal services) and generally take 12-18 business days. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties and import taxes.
- Insurance: Shipping insurance is available upon request for an additional fee.
